Sleep it is just a five-letter word but has a great impact in our daily life.

These are some tips to enhance your sleep quality :

  1. Feel stress-free like a baby before going to sleep: Yes, Before going to sleep we shouldn’t think too much about our past and about our future goals. Because, thinking about your past and about your future can make you feel anxious, stressed, guilty ( for some mistakes), angry, etc. You can apply a simple trick to sleep properly, for a moment you can think as you are an innocent newborn baby to earth and feel relax, has no work ahead ( feel it), no guilt. It will definitely make you feel light before sleep.

2. Buy a Torch and Alarm Clock: Now, your natural question should be why it is so necessary to buy this. The reason is your “lovely smartphone”. Most of us know the fact that the blue light from smartphones is really a huge reason for your incomplete sleep order. This blue light from your phone disturbed your hormonal cycle at night, it can produce Cortisol (known as stress Harmon), melatonin (reason for the sleep-wake cycle) and lots of other hormones in your mind causes sleepless night.

Also, the biggest excuse we often use to sleep with our phone is :

(a) I need to wake in time so for the alarm at the right time I need my phone with myself.

(b) Because I am sleeping in the dark so I need to light ( torch) with myself so instead of that I can use my phone.

3. Sleep in dark (no light) and with a less noisy room :

When you are going to sleep make sure that the room doesn't have with external as well as an internal light source. Light is the biggest enemy of your sleep. At the same time “noise” is also the best friend of “light” in this case. So, try to avoid the light and noise while sleeping it can kill your pure sleep time.

4. Exercise and Yoga: Exercise should be an important part of your daily life. If you do your exercise and yoga properly then you don’t need to buy expensive sleeping pills as well as any equipment to improve sleep quality. It can increase the blood circulation in your body as well as the level of oxygen in your body which can cause better sleep.

5. Thanksgiving and gratitude lists: The most secret and important thing you can do before sleep is to “thank God” you can repeatedly say “thank you so much for another day of my life” also you can say to yourself to forgive everyone in your life who had done anything wrong with you in past including yourself. Don’t hold any sense of revenge, guilt and anger release everything before sleep.

Now, How can you do such things so easily? You can do such things so easily by writing such things in your diary or by making gratitude lists, gratitude lists mean what are the things you have presented that you are thankful for. If you do such things consistently up to at least 21 days then you can see the differences.
